Does anyone else want to attend (and/or) run for VHS office?

So far, at least 7-10 of us will be attending: Al & Julie Parra, Allison Abell, Raul Gonzalez, Earley Family, McCulley family, and myself. This is a very good start. Now we must prepare for the VHS Elections as well as our Party.

Officer Positions open are:

*** President (Primary Official VHS Spokesperson at most occassions and helps set up meetings & shows)

*** Vice-President (Helps the President and runs VHS in absence of the Pres.)
---------------------------
*** Secretary (Records the minutes of meetings and makes them available to VHS)
---------------------------
*** Editor (In charge of VHS newsletters which could be posted on this forum)
---------------------------
*** Treasurer (In charge of the VHS bank statements and providing payments for VHS expenses)

*** Members-at-Large (Up to 4 Positions in which these people volunteer to help VHS in areas of need)

Actually the truth is, Officers all just help each other out to do their jobs and give the Valley a neat Herp Club to belong to. If you would be interested in that, let us know soon.

If you are a member, but you cannot attend, please notify us to email you a absentee ballot before Dec.10. If anyone else plans to attend (and/or) run for office please post before Dec.10.
