We have 3 plans for our End-of-Year Election Party. Two years ago we had a picnic at Pendleton Park in Harlingen and it worked out so well, we should try it again. Another great thing about Pendleton Park is it is right across from HEB & BIG K-mart so we can get everthing we need without the rush or fuss. Of course if weather is bad, we can go to the next plan.

Plan A:
Date: Sunday,Dec.3,Time:12:30-2pm.,Place:Pendleton Park,Harl.

Plan B:
Date: Sunday,Dec.10,Time:12:30-2pm.,Place:Pendleton Park,Harl.

Plan C:
Date: Saturday,Dec.16,Time:12:30-2pm.,Place:Pendleton Park,Harl.

*Please post or email me all the dates which are good for your schedule by this Friday, Dec.1, and we can hopefully pick the best date for all to attend. I will talk with the Board Officers and post the date selected on Sat. evening after 7pm.

Now VHS needs your help. Please pick and let us all know which dates are good for you ASAP.
