VHS Elections are coming up.

Well, it's that time of year again. Who will run for office to serve on the VHS Board of Officers in 2001?

Positions are as follows: 1.President, 1.Vice President, 1.Secretary, 1.Treasurer, 1.Editor, and 4.Members-at-Large.

I have served as President for 3 straight years and I am stepping down. I will still be around to help out our newly elected officers, but not as President. It is time for a new President and possibly some more new Officers.

It has been great getting together over the past 4 1/2 years and learning more about herps. I hope the rest of you will still remain interested and run for office. Of course, that will be up to you members to decide.

I am going to see if I can set up one last meeting before elections at the Harlingen Library. I will keep you posted on what date and time we are able to schedule. If any of you forum visiters would also like to join and participate in the election process and attend a VHS end-of-year Party, we would be happy to include you in on it.
