First, I still see lots of bush cages for sale on kingsnake and other venues; they are still my favorite cages. Aside from them, Vision is popular, however, their design has some pitfalls. The recessed area around the front sliding panel glass doors allows some species of venomous to crawl under or on top of them making them very difficult to locate when you open the door (creating a very dangerous situation for the keeper). If they could make a cage without these recesses, it would be the ideal cage for venomous. Habitat Systems is perhaps one of the finest cages you can get. They make both display cages specifically for venomous as well as special rack cages with locking front screen doors...both are exceptionally well designed. Our wildlife center will soon be displaying all of our herps, including venomous, in habitat systems cages and racks (for off display confiscations, etc.).
:Ok, since we can't use Bush Herp anymore for the good display cages... who do we use now? Who makes similar?
