Well, the head very much looks like a copperhead. The body seems to have some erradic banding/chevroning, suggesting this is a hybrid of some sort. There seems to be a slight dorsal striping, though it could just be the pic's coloration, but my best guess is that it's a hybrid between a copperhead and a timber ("canebrake" variety if you will).
