Hi Chris,
as you know, cobras are usually ferocious feeders. The daytime temp should be not less than 24°C (don't know what that is in F - sorry), and the night temp should be above 18°C. Humidity is not so critical. Do they have hide boxes? You should feed dead animals (not too big) and let them sit in the cage overnight. Cobras are often shy and tend to defense-bite instead of prey-bite, especially when they were obtained newly. Letting the dead prey in the cage o/n gives them the chance to "discover" it.
