I would not recommend this practice.
I had tried it once and had disasterous results.
However, this is not a absolute. Some have had success keeping different species and same species in multi-enclosures.
If you do try this be vigilant and be ready to separate cagemates.

:Can u house two different breeds of uros together? Cuz we have a male orange niger now, but we love the ornates too so we want to know if u can put them together, as long as we get a female. Thanx.
