Ultimately, the answers you'll get here are Doug Dix and Lindsay Pike. Doug's site is DeerFernFarm.com, the link is above on the forum, and Lindsay's is Utopia.com. I haven't purchased from either, but I hear both are great. Everyone who has gotten a uro (that I know of) from them, says they got it healthy.

:hi all - first off, great pics on this forum! i've wanted a uro for over a year, have done the research, was all ready, but then ended up with chameleons (whom i love, respect, and adore) because my partner wanted them so badly. i would really love to add a uro to our growing family of reptiles and am looking for a reliable, genuine uro-loving breeder. i am not looking for a specific type (mali, niger, egyptian, etc.) -- i just want a healthy and happy uro. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :) thanks!
