Impaction update

Congratulations! It's the greatest feeling when you know that you've done all you can and he actually gets better! Since Travis' bout with impaction, I've removed sand altogether from his enclosure. I'm now using "Critter Country" which looks like the pellets that are put in rabbit cages. Seems to be working well so far. He can still dig, but if he picks up one of the pellets they are too hard and he spits it out.
