I would suggest Benebac or Nutribac if you haven't given it already.The worm med kills their needed bacteria too.I had one go from 18 gr down to 11 gr after worming.Tube feeding and benebac saved his life.Pedialite is good.I was told to cut it half w/ water.Good luck!
