Needed a Little info.

I have not read anywhere as to where or not you can feed iguana most food to Mali uros. Also would like some more info on feeding things I can use to mix up their diet and such to keep a variety going. Is kale ok to feed. to them and Romain lettuce. And far as dandelions if I collect from outside what do I do to make sure that they have no parisites or bugs on them. ANd can you keep them on playsand. Thanks for any info you can provide.
