:When it comes to uro's definately think superworms or crickets as a treat only. To much protein can cause severe liver damage to a uro's liver. I only give mine like 1 or 2 superworms a month and I know a lot of people who don't feed insects at all and their uro is quite happy. I wouldn't introduce insects at all until they are adults.

I agree with the above mentioned.
Trouble with to much animal-protein is not as much in the liver but in the kidney's, I thought.
The age of the uro is not that important. When it fits in his mouth, it's ok.
