Well Marcie, that doesn´t sound very well!
First... try to get some fluids in him and forcefeed him with little portions of babyfood. Take a syringe and fill it with babyfood/water. Then give him 3-5 times per day 1 cc of this babyfood.
When he keeps it in, give him the next day 3-5 times per day 2 cc.
He most likely will produce some faeces now. Bring this to the vet and let him research this.
Maybe he has internal parasites, like worms or so.
If you do nothing it almost certainly will die.
