Hi I purchased mali's off the internet from Deer Fern Farms. They are both healthy and colorful. At the moment my male and female are in there burrows. They have been in there for hours. How long do you think it will take for them to get acclimated and be able to roam around their tank. More importantly, at the end of each 3 foot long burrow is a resting chamber, which is moist and is the size of a nesting box. This sounds great, but the problem is I didn't design it for easy access. I thought that I wouldn't have to open it up. Therefore, it is under the basking rocks which are pretty big and hard to move. What do you think I should do, and how do you think I can help the uros come out of hiding? My tank is 90 on cool side 120 on basking side. is the cool side to warm?
