AYRSHIRE POST (Scotland, UK) 19 March 03 Tortoise goes missing
An appeal goes out this week to any Ayrshire Post readers who may have spotted a missing tortoise.
He disappeared from a garden in the Holmston area, near Kyle Academy. And he won’t survive without special care and feeding.
The tortoise has been a family pet for 18 years, and is believed to be older than this.
He went missing last summer, and the owners are making one last appeal to anyone who may know of his whereabouts.
