Heater Wattage in large enclosure?

I'm currently designing a large Iguana enclosure which will be approx 8ftx7ftx4ft. Anyone have any idea what wattage heater I should use to maintain a constant 75-80 degrees? This isnt my main heat source BTW, its purely for background heat. I also have two Zoomed 5.0's and a Power Sun MV Lamp.
