PRESS ASSOCIATION (London, UK) 13 September 02 X-ray reveals dog inside python
A missing dog has turned up - inside a 10-foot python.
The snake, with a telltale bulge in its middle, was discovered by a woman under the basement steps of her Ohio home.
The Humane Society of Delaware County X-rayed the python and found the dog, which had been reported missing by a resident in Columbus.
The Columbus Dispatch says the snake apparently escaped from a home in the Powell district but police haven't been able to identify the owner.
Misty Bay, humane society director, told the paper the snake could grow to about 25 feet long.
