That they will introduce a licence scheme much like The DWA for venomous.
As an Ex-venomous Keeper in alot of cases i'd welcome this . After all ,if a person is serious and really cares about their captives it wouldn't be a problem to meet the desired regulations.
Also , it would stop alot of the egotists keeping large pythons for the shock novelty factor. As we all know , far to many large pythons and monitors are simply dumped or neglected once the thrill has passed.

As for those pythons/ monitors whose owners do not meet the required reg's , who knows ? Worrying isn't it?
