Mail order amphibians?????

HI
Does anyone know if you can still acquire reptiles and amphibians through mail order in the Uk? I remember, about 8 years ago I ordered a Marine Toad through a supplier over the phone, I gave them my switch card details and they had it delivered to me by courier the next day but I just cant remember who or where they are. Perhaps this is no longer permitted can anyone advise?
