im worried that it might be dangerous i did see poison come out of those sacs behind the neck do you think ill have to worrie about him needing the vet or what ?????

How much time has elapsed since this happened? I'd THINK that if your monitor was going to get sick, he'd have already done so (though going to a vet, or at least placing a phone call to one, sure wouldn't hurt).

:any help would be appreciated

Well, you did say "ANY" help, so how about throwing in some periods into your run-on sentences? :)
