I can usually find them locally at restaurant supply companies or sometimes paper supply companies (that also stock plates and party supplies - call and ask first).
Here in college station, I get them at a janitorial supply company (who also delve into restaurant supplies).
I have found them a little more expensive than ordering online, but in a pinch, they are good to know about.
I have also been watching your post and considering a reply, but I was waiting to see if someone else from the area might know a specific answer.
