Dirt Portion of 2083/1024 Passable by 2WD?

I'm also posting this question on the Field Collecting forum, but figure you guys are proportionately more familiar with the area.

I'm contemplating heading south of Ozona on Ranch Road 2083 towards Pandale, then picking up 1024 and continuing south to Hwy 90. Is the 6-7 miles or so of the road just north of Pandale passable by a two-wheel-drive vehicle?
