I've been hitting the farm roads in about a 25-mile loop from my house on the NE side of town. I've rode my bike around there during the day and found DOR Great Plains rat snakes, garter snakes, and possible holbrooki x splendida kingsnakes (LOTS of yellow). I'm currently searching for live examples of each!

I just moved back to TX last fall, so I'm still in the exploratory phase as well.
