Hello All, I haven't been herping in WTX for a few years, from what I hear there are some major changes. Is it pretty clear cut what you can and can't do as far as road cruising and shining the cuts are concerned. If I have a valid TX hunting license and pickup a snake on the road, or off a cut on the shoulder, is there anything unlawful about that? If there is a website that amplifies this question I would appreciate the link. I will be herping WTX sometime in early August. I know the obvious no tresspassing or collecting protected animals, how about the Big Bend region, if I am caught with a snake there (not captured there), must I release it if pulled over by a warden within park boundaries?? I'm in Japan right now, any help you guys could throw my way would be great. Shane
