Anyone know some good spots for copperheads around fort wort

I live west of fort worth in a small town called azle. When i was a kid coppers seemed to be everywhere. Now that ive grown up and want to find a few of these and other snakes, i find myself doing more walking and hikeing for the heck of it than herping. Its getting colder now so im running out of time for 01. Anyone know a good spot? And by the way, the fort worth nature center doesnt count, they freaked out when they saw my snake hook. skinner
