rat snake wont eat..

I have a small ratsnake that was C.B.B. and it will very seldom eat i have offered it live pinkies frozen pinkies fuzzies crickets goldfish mealworms and the only time it will eat is if I give it a dead pinkie that I washed with a mild handsoap and it will seldom take those..
