Buzz Ross has a place up the road in Fort Davis that has received some good reviews from knowledgeable people. I have yet to see it because I have gone through there on Mondays, when he seems to be shut down. The location is on TX 17, as if you were heading out of Ft. Davis toward Balmorhea. We does have a web site, but I don't have the URL handy; you might do a search on "Ft. Davis."
