Best way is to string some of that low voltage electric wire along the permiter and top of the fence. This is the type of low what voltage they use to keep dogs in yards. It is the most efficient way without fencing in the top.
:I recently created an outdoor encloser for my snapper. The pond is enclosed by a 2ft tall mesh fence. I put the fence up initially to keep the turtle from escaping and to give him an area to walk around out of the water. I was wondering if I should do more to keep out predators? There are skunks and probably racoons in my area. The turtle has a 9" shell length. Any opinions?
