Any breed Caspian Pond turtles

I'm planning to breed Caspian Pond turtles as my next project. These are from Lebanon. I'd appreciate any details from anyone who has breed them before, especially:
Did you hibernate them and how long?
How did you set up the environment, what is max water depth?
Food: portions that is meats vs veg?
Pairings, and rations?
Incubation temperatures?
Land area: sand, gravel, peat, mix?
Any other details
