Please HELP! Fly River Turtle sick! (having floating problem

Hi,

I have a FRT. I keep him in a 60 gal with a 7" silver arowana. I've had him for about 3 months and feed it Reptomin turtle pellets with no problems. However, the past couple of days, I've noticed that it seems to be having some problems. For some reason, it seems to not be able to siwm to the bottom of the tank. I watch it struggling and paddling really really hard trying to get to the bottom, and when it gives up, it floats really rapidly to the surface of the tank. It's as if its full of air or something. REally wierd. so it's stuck on the surface. Other than that, it "looks" fine. I just have no clue what's wrong.help!
