Fly river turtle - how much food?

Our FRT is about 3 or 4 months old, about 4 inches long. How much food should we give it? It likes kiwi, fig, banana and turtle pellets. We put in about 5 pellets and some bits of fruit each day and it eat them all. Is this not enough? Do they just keep eating or will they stop when they are done?
