Lisa's right about everything EXCEPT, not even I'm sure what we will need help with. Steve, Randy, myself and George will be there wuite early to get things rolling. The hall sets up tables, does cleanup and such. Getting there early will help us in getting the vendors to their tables quickly and helping them set up. We have 4 roadsigns right now, and Mike and I will probably be putting those out (again). As far as table help, parking lot assistance (we have to make sure that the other store fronts still have available parking otherwise they might get upset) and so forth, I'm not sure. We organized these things at the meeting just before the show and it turned out great. My suggestion would be to come to the may or june meetings (both would be great) and inquire about where you might be needed.
