North Park Showcase Today, and Society Picnic 7/20...

Hello all,

The North Park Latodami Nature Center Reptile Showcase is today, from 12-4pm. with setup at 11am. I'll be there.... I hope some other members can bring some animals, hopefully we will have a big turnout to the event as well. For anyone wishing to attend, once you make it to North Park, just follow the park signs to the Nature Center. TSHS will have animals on display, many of which we encourage people to handle.... The naturalist and volunteers at the Nature Center will lead kids on walks down to the pond to collect all sorts of creatures to examine, and there will be games and crafts for the kids as well.

The TSHS Summer Picnic will be on July 20th at Cucumber Run, Ohiopyle State Park, probably beginning around 10-11 am. The Society will be providing some food and drinks, but everyone is encouraged to bring a side dish, dessert, etc. etc.
