Raised white bumps on RETF

I'm a bit concerned--I just bought 2 red-eyes 4 days ago. One of them has 2 small raised white spots on its back. Now, I know they have naturally occuring white spots, but if they are raised, could it be some disease? The frog seems to be healthy, though(no other weird marks or any redness, no odd behaviors).
One more thing: when I got them (4 days ago) I put 7 crickets in the tank, and only one or two are gone. Are these frogs not big eaters, or is there something wrong?? They seem to be OK, I just don't want anything to happen to them!!
Well, thanks for your help! Maybe I just need to take a chill pill :)
