Red eyes with brown on vent

I was at the pet store where I am interested in getting a baby red eye from today (the same pet store I got my first ones) and I noticed that all of the babies had the lower part of there vent between their hind legs was a dark brown color. I checked mine over when I got home and they did not have the same coloration.

I was wondering is this normal for baby red-eyes or could it be a serious problem? I would prefer to know that I would be buying healthy frogs as they are quite expensive in this part of Canada where I live. Any ideas?
