:actually I would not clean the tank every week. just change the water every day and clean up the poop, but most frogs poop in the water anyway. you can clean the water spots once in a while but I prefer not to bother the frogs. the tank should not be that dirty.

Hmmm, thats the first time I have heard that. He usually deficates when he is on the glass in the corner. I would think that cage needs cleaning once a week. A 20 gallon tank is'nt that big and with poop, crickets in the cage, and even dust settling in the room, all this would'nt be good for the enviroment since an animal like that does'nt stay in an area that small naturally. No it does'nt get very dirty in a weeks time, but thats going by sight. There are some impurities that you just can't see.
