:actually I would not clean the tank every week. just change the water every day and clean up the poop, but most frogs poop in the water anyway. you can clean the water spots once in a while but I prefer not to bother the frogs. the tank should not be that dirty.

You can use any kind of hide spot...its important to stay away from anything made from cedar...other than that i just use Pothos...once they start to grow and spread it becomes a natural hide spot and seems to work fine for my whites...i think natural plants are a good way to go..from my experience they thrive with the natural vivaria..I tried to link a pic of my whites..
