I would recommend getting rid of the undertank heater and using a heat lamp. that really applies for the lizards too. heat comes from above and esp for treefrogs they will climb up the driftwood/plants and sit under the bulb if they want to bask. treefrogs are not supposed to be on the bottom of the tank, not usually anyway.
do you have background on three sides of tank? that is a must. that should help with the frogs privacy but I would move the tank if room light/people constantly around. cork bark glued to back wall is great too. they will hide behind it.
don't let the crickets run loose in the tank. only feed the frog 2-3 crickets every other day. if crickets run loose they will make a mess, the frog will eventually not think they are food if crickets constantly around and the crickets will nibble on the frogs legs while it is sleeping.
