Ready for Red Eye Tree Frog, Any suggestions?

I have my 50 gal Vavarium all set up and I'm now ready for red eyed tre frog. I would appericate any assistance anyone can provide. I have questions reguarding just how many I should put in a 50 gal tank? What should be the ratio of males to females? Also if anyone knows any one with RETF's for sale please email me.
