wtf's can be quite teritorial. when i introduced some of my males with a different male. that male attacked the other frogs, if u did put some food in their aquarium, one of the males could have biten the other one by accident. make sure they have enough room to get away from each other.

which you keep the new in a seperate tank for observation and a safety precaution. If the new is sick, you find out sooner and the disease isnt spread to your old frog. While its by itself, you can check its appetite, see if its defacating okay, etc etc. If you didnt do that its a habit to start getting into.
:Anyways, what you did is fine, the new one will find its own space and they should be okay provided that the tank is big enough. Its not like introducing cats or something, more than likely they wont even notice each other after a while.
:Good luck with the new one!

::i have just recently bought a whites tree frog, adult. I have had 2 before, one has recently died so i got this one. I was wondering if there are anyways i can tell they are getting along or if they dont like each other. About 15 mins. after i put the new one in the tank with my other one, my old came up and jumped at the new one, biting him. It was a quick bite and the new one didnt seem to care, is this normal or aggresive? Please if you have any additional information that you can give me when introducing a new whites tree frog that woulld help alot, thanks............frogger
