6 months is not a very long time at all. I would especially never put any sort of WC lizard with red-eyes (well, I would never mix period). It is just not a good idea. I bet if you did a fecal float at the vets, you would find some nasty stuff in their feces, as anoles tend to be a little "dirty." I am sure you will have a "mysterious" frog death within the year, and I will bet that will be from some baddies that came with the anoles.
I can't stop you from keeing these animals in the same tank, but it will be your animals that likely die, and you will be the one dealing with the mental anguish. I am not trying to be harsh, I am just being realistic. And I bet that for every one of these mixed tanks that "work," there are problably 200 tanks that fail within the first 3 months.
Just something to think about.
