i fed my whites tree frogs crickets but you can feed them that and treat them once in awhile with a small pinkie or meal worms...meal worms are fattening though so it wouldnt be good to make that their main source of intake...also if they are young it is good to dust them with a calcium powder every other or every couple feedings. In my tank I had bed a beast substrate,a waterbowl,some damp moss,a few hiding places, some fake plants,and some branches..you can even use a background too so that they feel more secure...good luck!
