Why are they in the water, there treefrogs? Someone please educate me... LOL, been a owner and studier of herps for overhalf my life, and don't know why there mating in water.

Is it...
That the female lays the eggs and while eggs coming out the male fertilizes them???

If so, then I probably have remebered it, and forgot.
