:Hey Darren,
:One thing you should do when purchasing and emerald is ask the dealer if it has eaten yet and if it has, what exactly did it eat. If you buy an emerald before it has been fed, I wouldn't expect a complete refund. If you get one, that is great! I myself will NOT give a full refund if someone buys an animal without me feeding it first. I have had a few animals this year that have regurged when my clients have fed them. I work to resolve the situation but I have offered a full refund only once. My policy is as follows, if I get a guarantee, I give one. Otherwise my customer takes the same chance that I do if he wishes to purchase the animal before I get a chance to see how it is doing. It is my job to pick good animals and every once in a great while, it doesn't pan out. So see what Alfredo will do for you and take it as a learning experience. He is a good guy and he is also very fair so I am sure it will work out. GOOD LUCK!!!
