Darren,
You are dealing with a fresh import animal, no matter who they come from, you should get it to a vet for a general overview and possible treatment for parasites. Get the animal into it's new home, make sure all your paramiters are right and give it time to adjust, as the trip has been quite stressful, I'm sure. Make sure it is well hydrated. If the problem persists the vet is the place to go. I have bought from Fredo a couple of times and would again. Again, realize that import emeralds are something you purchase with the knowledge that they are a gamble.
