UPS sucks. They lost an overnight package that was clearly marked with the orange overnight sticker for 6 days!!!!! It had a $1250 female blue tree monitor that arrived DOA. The box was opened in front of the driver to show him it was DOA. Despite their screwup they only reimbursed the seller his lousy $10 for overnight shipping. Despite everything being followed to the letter by the shipper they STILL denied his claim. They have no remorse,no business ethics and don't give a crap about their customers. The last FOUR packages from them have either arrived very late or looked like a truck was dropped on the box. My last package was an Acrillic cage by Paul August. It arrived in 3 pieces and all they wanted to do was refund the cost of shipping despite it being "fully" insured.
WE don't need UPS and them getting out of the Herp business will only help our hobby. Find a new shipper, Airbourne Express and Delta dash are the best.
