Proper caging

i recently aquired an adult atb, and i was wondering how to properly cage it. i am keeping him in a 60gal. reptarium (tall) with an 80F-84f temp, but i feel he is not getting enough humidity. i have a spare 10gal, but i feel that is too small... if anyone can help i would appreciate it... thank you
