:My female just had a litter on the fourth. Aside from more melanin, i just noticed her eyes have a pinkish hue to them that was DEFINITELY not there before. I can't tell, but maybe her lips are a little pinkish as well. Bacteria/ fungal infection? Hormonal pigment changes? Anyone seen anything like it?

I would keep an eye on that with the lips, sometimes that signals an infection. As for the Eyes, I've had a number of animals do that slightly over the years. Is she drinking clean water? Slightly fouled water among other things can cause the change in the lips. Many times that will just clear it up. Personally. I would just keep an eye on it for now instead of jumping to the conclusion its an infection. A light pink is healthy in many animals.
