Try to maintain the necessary ambient humidity in the enclosure but remove the water bowl and try not to directly spray the snake. Dab a bit of betadine on the white puffy scales..they will "dry" the local area. Do this about once a day for the next 5 days....you shoudl see a significant reduction in about a week and a shed will soon follow. Afterwards...the snake will be good as new.

Be sure you know why the snake got this in the first place. It's usually the result of either poor ventilation, unsanitary conditions, or a combo of both. If some bacteria is suspected you may need a brosd spectrum antibiotic.
