Would this work for an ATB or ETB?

I just recently got a 65 Gallon (cracked) all glass aquarium. I removed the rims and fixed the cracked pane. I want to sit it on its side for more of an aboreal cage style. I am having custom sheets of acrylic done for the front w/ door and vents. I will use a radiant heat panel at the top. My question is this...

On its side it measures 36" H x 24" W x 18" D. Would that work for an ATB or ETB ?
